At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most standard products to ensure your space sounds exactly as intended.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Carefully repack the products in their original shipping boxes with all internal protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Return

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated manufacturing facility using a tracked carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the items and confirms they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
